We are writing to express our appreciation to you and to Jim Thurston. We are very pleased with our new home and very proud of the quality that went into the building of our home. There have been a few problems with our home that we were not able to correct ourselves. It is in these instances that we have grown to truly appreciate the way that you treat your customers and stand behind the homes that you build.

We also want to specifically recognize Jim. There are any number of people who do a job because it needs to be done or because it is a source of revenue. In Jim’s case, he demonstrates a caring attitude that in unequaled in my experience. In each instance that Jim has come to our home to perform work, he goes above and beyond what would reasonably be expected of a person effecting repairs. Jim demonstrates a real concern about the problem that we are experiencing, makes observations about other actual or potential problems that he may be able to correct while he is at our home, and takes great pride in his completed work. We consider Jim a very rare person in that many people in our current culture view the job as the only thing that matters, whereas Jim views the satisfaction of the people impacted as what truly counts!

In closing, we want you to know that we are very proud to tell others that our home was built by Bueker Development. Obviously, we would give our highest recommendation to you for anyone who was considering building a home. We hope that all of your satisfied customers also take the time to thank you for your commitment to stand behind your work and for your concern for your customers, so that you receive the appreciation that you deserve!

Dear John and Michele,

Just a note to thank you for a beautiful new home! We enjoyed working with you on the design and appreciated your creativity, vision and flexibility in pulling it all together. The crews were skilled and very professional. They obviously enjoyed their work and took pride in it. We received many compliments on the fine workmanship and attention to detail during the Parade. Please relay our thanks to them.

Thank you also for the beautiful gift basket, wine and gift card. You’ll have to stop by and meet “Rodney” next time you’re in the neighborhood!

Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication to putting us in such a beautiful and quality built home. We are enjoying it so much. We really appreciate the Pier 1 card and champagne. We bought a nice ladder shelf that reminds us of the both of you every time we look at it. Maybe we’ll be ready to build again soon after a bit of rest. I’d like to try it again minus a pregnancy! Please express our gratitude to your entire staff. Hopefully, the parade will drum up more new business for y’all. People really seemed impressed with your work.
