Our Story
A History…
Bueker Development, Inc. began in June of 1992 when John Bueker, then a retiring General Motors Executive, wasn’t quite ready to “live the retired” life. His interest in construction was inspired by his own recent home building experience. With the purchase of a family-owned pole barn building company, including its talented carpenters, an old van, and some tools, Bueker Development, Inc. was born.
In 1998 John’s wife, Michele Bueker, left corporate America and joined Bueker Development, Inc. assisting John with his growing business.
John and Michele have worked hand in hand to bring their customers one of the finest custom home building and land development companies in the area. Bueker Development, Inc., has developed several prime living environments; Pine Ridge, Woodridge, and Ederer Woods developments all located in the Hemlock area. Bueker Development Inc. also has built many custom homes throughout the Saginaw Tri-County and surrounding areas and across the state including Alcona, Isabella, Livingston, Manistee, Benzie, and Oceana counties.
Where We Are Today…
Bueker Development, Inc. has available to it a wide range of talent from design, framing, and finish carpenters, tile, and hardwood floor installers, to the “do everything” resources. It is these dedicated folks that truly make Bueker Development Inc., the company it is today. We take great pride in our individual craftsmanship and our team’s collective talents to make delighted customers. Above all, the building process should be an exciting and enjoyable experience.
After the sale, service is also very important, Bueker Development, Inc. pledges to support their customer before, during, and after they take ownership of their new home. Our best business comes from word-of-mouth, referrals, and is exemplified in our repeat business. When our customers speak they have good things to say about Bueker Development Inc. and for that, we are grateful.
Although Bueker Development, Inc. moves forward without John, his spirit lives on in the continued passion of Michele and crews alike as they work toward delighting customers with beautiful, well-built homes.
